LaboTest devices are designed and manufactured using cutting-edge IPL technology to deliver high-performance, safe, and easy light-based skin treatments for home use. If you encounter any operational difficulties, we recommend first consulting the User Guide or the support section on our website.

Warranty Coverage
All LaboTest devices come with a 2-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase, supported by our technical support and customer care team.

If a fault or defect in materials or workmanship occurs within the 2-year warranty period, LaboTest will inspect and, at our discretion, repair or replace the device free of charge.

What is not covered:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.

Normal wear and tear.

Minor cosmetic defects that do not impact device functionality or performance.

Devices repaired or modified by unauthorised third parties (doing so voids this warranty).

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
If you purchased your device directly from the official Faustina Skin Innovation website, you are covered by our 40-Day Return Policy.

If you change your mind, you may return the device within 40 calendar days from the original purchase date for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Requesting Warranty or Return Service
To avoid unnecessary delays and help us assist you quickly, please prepare the following before reaching out:

Valid Proof of Purchase: Original invoice, order confirmation, or cash receipt stating the date of purchase, dealer name, model number, and order reference number.

Device Details: A brief description (or photo/video) of the issue.
